500ml cream (31-32% fat), 300g Condensed milk (Nestle), 100g Dark chocolate, 5g or 8ml 200 Bloom gelatine, 2.5ml Choc mint crisp flavour, 2.5ml peppermint flavour, 1.25ml Mint green colour, Dipotassium phosphate (1g or 2.4ml), Calcium sulphate (1g or 1.7ml).
