500ml cream (31-32% fat), 300g Condensed milk (Nestle), 5g or 8ml 200 Bloom gelatine, 5ml Vanilla essence, 2.5ml Barco vanilla, 1.25ml Vanilla seeds, Dipotassium phosphate (1g or 2.4ml), Calcium sulphate (1g or 1.7ml).
